King Caesar was originally a lion god from the annals of Japanese mythology who served as the Guardian of Okinawa. He was roused from his slumber by almost a century of nuclear tests, modern warfare and unchecked scientific advances which resulted in serious damage to the earth's environment. King Ceasar was used by the Xilian Spacemen in their campaign to conquer Earth. King Ceasar's genetic structure contains a gene called M-Base which gives the invaders control over mutant monsters.
